Fruto is predominantly a remote team and has been running remote stakeholder workshops for the past three years for a variety of clients, from global organisations to early stage start-ups.
In this webinar, we show you how to get buy-in from key stakeholders, what pre-workshop activities we run to make sure it all goes smoothly, and tips on how to facilitate these sessions. We run through some workshop templates on Miro (which you can download and try for yourself), and how we communicate outcomes.
Topics:
• How to get stakeholder buy-in
• Pre-workshop planning
• Run-through of example workshop templates
• Communicating outcomes
With a Q&A session at the end.
